Tuiran koulu is a primary school in Oulu with 190 pupils in grades 1-6, 14 teachers and three school assistants. Among ordinary classes school has a class specialized to music and two smaller classes for the pupils with specific needs. School has pupils with different backgrounds: there are families with multi-cultural backgrounds, pupils with different social-economic status, pupils with special needs, etc.
