We are aware that stress is, unfortunately, a global plague. Some studies have shown that stress has many effects on the human nervous system. Moreover, no one proved to be immune, neither adults, nor children. We consider conflicts as a natural part of our lives – we cannot avoid them, but we can try to find the right tools for resolving them and reducing stress successfully. We hope our workshop helped the participants to deal with conflicts at work and in daily life in general.

It was proven that exercising reduces stress. Sports activities also boost positive energy. Therefore, we organized some fun physical activities for project participants. We had a good time and we revived the spirit of sport.

We organized a lecture: Stress and how to recognize the symptoms of stress. We believe that different circumstances specific to each country, local community or school can induce different types of stress.

To find the right tools for reducing stress, each country shared the stress triggers specific to their community with other participants of the project.
